S...is form Kyrgyzstan,we contacted each other by alibaba first time on 15th Oct 2014,he had cooperated with other fitness equipment supplier before in China,because of quality and service problem so planed to changed suppliers,and he fund us luckily and immediately in his words.

At the beginning of this order i was a little worry because this was first time cooperation with inland country which is no sea port,so can not use sea shipping delivery but railway. Here i was much appreciated S. Because he had experiences in importing,he told me his forwarder in Urumqi,China and said just sent the goods to his warehouse then his forwarder will handle everything for him.

Finally we send to his warehouse,but because of less experience in railway shipping also less communication with his forwarder,we didnot did custom declaration by ourselves,and his forwarder did with another familiar company,so no custom Declearance,no tax refund from our Government,so learned that lessons,later we will remember prepare all custom declaration document before send the goods to his warehouse,then we can exported by ourselves.

Later we made Several proform invoice for him because his order increased every time,there were many gym owner want to check the gym equipment quality and want to cooperate with him,i am happy for his bright future,also much appreciated my patience with him:)
